Thomas R. Fawkes Named Co-Chairman of TMA’s Future Leaders Committee

Thomas R. Fawkes, a Partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, has been named Co-Chairman of the Future Leaders Committee of the Turnaround Management Association's Chicago/Midwest Chapter for 2010. The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is an international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management. Mr. Fawkes will also serve on TMA’s Steering Committee.
