Hillard M. Sterling is a featured presenter at On-Time, In-Budget Strategies: Best Practices in Portfolio and Project Management, sponsored by the Technology Executive’s Club of Chicago.
Mr. Sterling’s presentation is titled, “Five Key Legal Decision Points that Make or Break a Project ,” which will cover the legal risks that are often hidden and unexpected, yet may be debilitating to projects and budgets. He will identify and discuss five areas in which key decisions are needed to avoid, or at least minimize, the risks of legal problems and fees.
