Richard Lauter to Speak at the ABI's Spring Meeting

The American Bankruptcy Institute's 28th Annual Spring Meeting will be held April 29 - May 2, 2010 in National Harbor, Maryland, and will feature Richard S. Lauter, a Partner in Freeborn & Peters' Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. Mr. Lauter will speak on topics raised in his chapter of the American Bankruptcy Institute's Commercial Fraud Manual, a new publication by the ABI’s Commercial Fraud Task Force that provides a detailed interdisciplinary approach to identifying and responding to business fraud. The Manual is expected to be published in January 2010.
