A.Yes. We have initiated a formal mentoring program under the direction of a nationally-recognized expert. This program is designed to ensure that associates receive the career and professional guidance they need. Each associate is paired with a partner in a way that is designed to involve specific responsibilities such as orientation, professional development, long-term career planning, and business development.

Q.What is the firm’s commitment to pro-bono work?
A.We take our civic responsibility seriously and provide numerous opportunities both for pro-bono work and participation in various community service activities. That commitment is exemplified through longstanding relationships with organizations such as Rebuilding Together, to whom we provide pro-bono legal counsel and mobilize scores of employee volunteers to rehab and repair the homes of elderly and low-income citizens. We similarly partner with Interfaith House, which provides essential services to homeless men and women in recovery from illness or injury, and Inspiration Corporation, which provides essential social services to those affected by homelessness and poverty.
