Bankruptcy, Reorganization, and Creditors' Rights

The Bankruptcy, Reorganization, and Creditors' Rights Practice Group is comprised of two subgroups: the Restructuring and Corporate Bankruptcy Division and the White Collar Fraud and Asset Recovery Division. These two divisions include a broad scope of areas, including traditional bankruptcy services (representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and other parties in court proceedings); financial restructurings and workouts (representing debtors and creditors in out-of-court workouts); secured creditors’ rights (representing creditors in collections and asset recovery); international insolvency (negotiating and implementing international cross-border protocols); and white collar fraud (investigations, enforcement and collection of judgments, and attacking fraudulent conveyances).
