Our Culture

Mutual respect, collegiality, and professional integrity form the cultural platform to which our Firm is dedicated. We believe that the strength of our organization is based on the skill and commitment of our people, and we cherish and nurture the friendly working community that prevails in the midst of a fast-paced environment. Because our people are the core of our firm, we have embodied these principles in our Statement of Firm Values, and we take the time throughout the year to demonstrate our appreciation in a variety of ways. These involve such events as a Staff Appreciation Breakfast, a Holiday Cookie Decorating Party, and various social gatherings. Additionally, each year we award the Michael Shabat Award to the single individual throughout the Firm who is voted by his or her colleagues as the person who most exemplifies these core values.

Each April, the Firm welcomes children of staff, clients and attorneys, to join the Firm for a day of fun and learning at the Annual "Bring your Children to Work Day." One of the many anticipated events is the fairytale mock trial, with special guest appearances from some of our more theatrical attorneys.

In addition to creating an environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration, we also take our civic responsibility seriously by partcipating in various community service activities.
